This MoU is made by PANHCHAK RESEARCH INSTITUTE (PRI) and Kandal Province Training Center to articulate the partnership with mutual agreement.

Expresses the willingness of cooperation in disseminating and supporting the training of students provided by PRI at Kandal Province Training Center.

The purpose of this MOU between PRI and Kandal Province Training Center is to create full cooperation in various areas related to skills development for betterment of the Cambodian people for their employment and incomes in relations to the growing demands in the world of work.
